Nexon to Host EA Sports FC PRO Festival in Busan on November 16

Nexon (CEO Lee Jung-hun) announced on the 7th that it will host the offline event 'FC PRO Festival' for the authentic online soccer game 'EA SPORTS FC Online' (hereinafter 'FC Online') and 'EA SPORTS FC Mobile' (hereinafter 'FC Mobile'), developed by Electronics Arts ('EA') Korea Studio and serviced by the company, with EA at the Busan BEXCO Auditorium for four days from November 16th to 19th.
'FC PRO Festival' is the first large-scale offline event to be presented after the rebranding of 'FC Online' and 'FC Mobile' scheduled for September 21st and 22nd. With plans to invite a total of 1,000 users, it will be a festival where professional and amateur players, influencers, and fans can interact together.
First, on the first day, the 'FC Online' League Challenge' tournament and 'FC Mobile' event match will be held, where amateur players and influencers from Korea, China, Thailand, and Vietnam form teams representing the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1 Uber Eats to compete. On the second day, an 'All-Star' national competition will be held with 2 representative professional players from each country participating. On the third day, the finals of the 'eK League Championship Season 2', the top domestic regular league of 'FC Online', will be held, and on the fourth day, a quiz event will be prepared where you can win generous prizes by answering in-game related questions.
Meanwhile, Nexon is recruiting participants for the 'League Challenge' representative selection, which selects 4 amateur players representing the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1 Uber Eats, until September 20th. The preliminary round to determine the 2 finalists for each league will be held from October 7th to October 15th, and various participatory events will be prepared for visitors to the site on this day, such as roulette events, SNS photo authentication events, and lucky draw events to present generous prizes.
The main competition for the representative selection will be held at the FreecUp Studio on October 18th and will be broadcast live on the official YouTube and official AfreecaTV channels. The 4 players representing the 4 major leagues will be finally selected in a best-of-three format, and 10 million won will be awarded to the 1st place in each league, 6 million won to the 2nd place, and 2 million won each to the joint 3rd place, along with Nexon Cash.
The 'League Challenge' finals, which will be held on November 16th, will feature 4 players who have passed the main competition paired with representative influencers from each league, and will compete against teams representing China, Thailand, and Vietnam for the one and only winning team that encompasses all leagues.
