The Incense of Vitality is an item with a base Vitality stat. As it is enhanced, the Vitality stat increases, making it a decent incense for all classes to wear. It doesn't matter which class wears it, whether it's ranged, melee, physical, or magical. Think of it as a universal incense.
Increasing the Vitality stat increases maximum HP, HP recovery, HP potion recovery, and maximum weight. HP recovery is not related to the healing ability of recovery skills at all, it is the ability to naturally recover HP. And importantly, the maximum weight, if you leave it on auto in low-level hunting grounds for collection, you may exceed the weight, but wearing the Incense of Vitality can alleviate that hassle a little.
The Incense of Spirit has a Spirit stat and the Spirit stat increases by 1 with each enhancement. Therefore, it is suitable for Professor/Scholar classes who mainly use wands or staves. Wearing the Incense of Spirit does not increase damage, but it is an option that helps with combat a little, so it is recommended for wand and staff users.
The Spirit stat affects maximum MP, MP recovery, casting speed, and MP consumption reduction rate. If your skills consume a lot of MP and your base MP is insufficient, you can choose the Incense of Spirit.
