Intel Launches Intel Arc Pro A60 and Arc Pro A60M GPUs

Intel has unveiled the Arc Pro A60 and Arc Pro A60M as new additions to the Intel® Arc™ Pro A-series professional GPUs. The new products significantly improve the performance of the Intel Arc Pro product line. It supports up to 12GB of video memory (VRAM) and is designed for professional workstations that can connect to up to 4 displays supporting HDR (High Dynamic Range) and Dolby Vision®.
The Intel Arc Pro A60 GPU has built-in ray tracing hardware, graphics acceleration, and machine learning capabilities. In addition, it integrates fluid viewports that support the latest visualization technology and rich content creation in a traditional single-slot factor.
Intel Arc Pro A-series graphics provide a new option for workstation GPUs. The Intel Arc Pro A60 and A60M offer up to 16 PCIe lanes, 384 gigabytes per second of memory bandwidth, 256 dedicated AI Xe Matrix Extensions (XMX) engines, and 16 ray tracing units, providing twice the performance of the existing Intel Arc Pro product line. It also supports full media encoding and decoding, including AV1. Intel Arc Pro GPUs create an ideal working environment for computer-aided design and modeling (CAD/CAM), AI inference tasks, and media data processing.
Intel Arc Pro GPUs distribute drivers quarterly for performance optimization and are certified by ISVs for major workstation applications used in the architecture, engineering, and construction, design, and manufacturing industries, including Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Fusion 360, Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Maya, Bentley MicroStation, Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS, Nemetscheck VectorWorks, PTC Creo, Siemens NX, and Siemens Solid Edge.
Intel's workstation GPUs are also optimized for media and entertainment applications such as Blender, and support running rendering and ray tracing libraries from the Intel® oneAPI rendering toolkit to enable high-performance, high-fidelity visual experiences.
Release Timing: The Intel Arc Pro A60 GPU for workstation desktops will be available for purchase through authorized Intel distributors within a few weeks, and the Intel Arc Pro A60M GPU for mobile systems will be available for purchase through OEM partners within a few months. Workstations equipped with the Intel Arc Pro A40 GPU are currently available from HP, and Dell and Lenovo are scheduled to launch in Q3 2023.
The Intel Arc Pro GPU family has been validated for use with the Intel® NUC 13 SFF (Extreme small form factor) PC, which features an unlocked 13th Gen Intel® Core™ processor with 125W power delivery. Intel Arc Pro desktop products come with a 3-year limited warranty.
