Ragnarok Landverse, Pre-registration Begins for First Service Region

Global game company Gravity will begin pre-registration for the blockchain-based game ‘Ragnarok Landverse’ from June 7th in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, India, Africa, and Oceania, excluding Thailand and Indonesia.
‘Ragnarok Landverse’ is a Web3-based game co-developed by Gravity and blockchain-based game developer Maxion. Ragnarok Landverse is based on Gravity's representative PC online MMORPG Ragnarok Online, and is expected to provide a more diverse experience by differentiating item drop methods, combat systems, and AI systems.
Users can purchase Land NFTs through the marketplace, and Land holders can build houses and rest on their owned maps to additionally acquire the stamina needed for mining. You can also earn in-game tokens by renting land to other users. Items acquired through gameplay can be converted into NFTs to own or traded and exchanged for USDC-based ION tokens on the Maxion Marketplace.
Ragnarok Landverse pre-registration is open from June 7th to July 31st, and you can participate by verifying your email address on the pre-registration page. During the pre-registration period, a pre-registration event will also be held to provide item packages after launch, depending on the total number of pre-registrants.
In addition, Gravity announced that it will conduct the first service area alpha test (CBT) in June 2023, prior to the official release of Ragnarok Landverse. It is also preparing to launch in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, India, Africa, and Oceania, excluding Thailand and Indonesia, in the second half of 2023, and plans to provide services in English.
