How to proceed
Tenders are awarded every month
On the 1st of each month, players with accounts in good standing and active game time will automatically receive 500 Traveler's Tenders, which can be obtained from the Collector's Cache. Don't worry if your account doesn't have active game time or if game time isn't active on the 1st of each month. You will receive Tenders when you activate game time and log in for the first time that month. It applies equally to everyone, regardless of how much you paid for game time.
Traveler's Record
Complete the monthly activities listed in the Traveler's Record. Each month, a series of activities based on a specific theme will be provided. By performing these activities, you can earn up to 500 additional Traveler's Tenders. You can easily earn Tenders by selecting and completing fun in-game activities as you please. Of course, you can earn Tenders by playing the game in your usual way, such as completing quests, participating in battlegrounds and festivals, and clearing Mythic+ dungeons, at your discretion. You can also participate in activities specifically designed for that month.
Freeze Items
Don't worry if you haven't bought the “must-have” items before the end of the month. You can “freeze” the item in question and buy it later. Once an item is frozen, it will remain in place for months until you buy or replace it.
Didn't find anything you like among this month's products? Then save your Traveler's Tenders and use them later. Traveler's Tenders do not disappear and accumulate every month.
