A brawl-focused, dive hero! Overwatch 2's new hero, "Mauga," joins in Season 8!
Overwatch 2's new hero 'Mauga' is a tank hero strong in skirmishes, specializing in 'brawls' by disrupting the enemy's formation with powerful firepower and unstoppable breakthroughs.
Mauga uses two Gatling guns, continuously firing at targets to set them on fire and dealing critical damage to burning enemies. The passive effect 'Berserker' also allows him to temporarily recover health each time he deals a critical hit.
Mauga has a Q skill 'Overrun' that cannot be stopped by any crowd control technology, allowing him to boldly stir up the enemy lines. The E skill 'Volatile Cha-Cha' creates a damage reduction aura, allowing allies to damage enemies and heal themselves.
Mauga's ultimate is 'Cage Fight'. Cage Fight sets up barriers to trap nearby enemies in the ring. This barrier installed by Mauga blocks both damage and healing from enemies entering from the outside. In addition, Mauga's ammunition is changed to infinite.
You can preview the new hero 'Mauga' during the weekend experience period from November 3rd to 6th. Mauga will officially join Season 8, which begins on December 6th.
