Afterwards, gather resources with Fissure and spend them with Eye Beam. Use damage cooldowns whenever available.
In Mythic+ or multi-target situations, use Fel Eruption instead of Eye Beam and spend remaining resources with Eye Beam.
Basically, use all cooldowns except Metamorphosis and Demon Spikes on cooldown, but you can save Fel Devastation/Burning Brand depending on the pattern. But basically, you shouldn't let the cooldowns sit idle.
