New Lorrgs.IO Feature - Import Cooldown Timers as In-Game Notes
World of Warcraft log aggregation website Lorrgs.IO has recently updated to allow players to load cooldown timers into the in-game raid tools!
■ Lorrgs' Cooldown Timer Feature
Lorrgs.IO uses Warcraft Logs to provide a timeline that visually displays the use of important spells and abilities from the top 50 logs of each class and specialization in each encounter. This allows players to efficiently see when to use cooldowns, etc., without having to manually review the logs. This is divided into various categories, which can be combined, overlapped, or filtered as desired.
- Personal offensive and defensive cooldowns such as Reckless Abandon and Regenerative Rage
- Offensive and defensive consumables such as Potion of Ultimate Power and Healthstone
- Trinkets like Mirror of the Shattered Future
- External cooldowns such as Power Infusion and Bloodlust
- Raid cooldowns such as Rallying Cry
■ Automatic Cooldown Timer Import via MRT
With the latest update, Lorrgs has added a feature that allows players to automatically import timers into raid notes using Method Raid Tools! This shows players when to use cooldowns in each encounter on the screen, and it is also possible to configure how they are displayed.
■ Note - Not Suitable for All Situations
Although this is a very useful addon for players who want to get used to new encounters, as stated on the Lorrgs website, it is only a helper to aid in combat and may not be accurate for every player's situation. Keep in mind that timings may vary from other players due to boss phase start times, various cooldown reductions, party composition, and raid strategies -- especially considering that the logs used here are from top raids that use various external buffs, etc.
