Product introduction

▲ It is the most basic form when you think of a typical projector, and the zoom ring and focus ring are located behind the lens.

▲ The lens has F = 1.94-2.12 f=12~15.6mm, the maximum brightness is 4500 ANSI lumens, which is quite bright, and it supports 3840x2160 resolution. The throw ratio is 1.13~1.47 and the throw distance is 0.75~9.76m.

▲ It provides wide compatibility through various connection ports, but since only USB-C is provided as a basic cable, you will need to purchase a separate cable if necessary. It has basic ports such as HMDI, USB-C, VGA, and USB ports. It is also possible to project videos wirelessly by connecting a wireless dongle product to the HDMI port.

▲ Function buttons are located on the top of the projector, and the functions are easy to understand at a glance. There are keystone, volume, source change, and screen mode change.

▲ The screen I have was a 4:3 type 65-inch screen, and it showed that the focus was in focus at a distance of only 1.5m. The required distance to the screen is described in more detail in the manual depending on the screen type and size. It is said that it is possible to project a 120-inch screen at a distance of 3m.

▲ You can feel that the image quality is quite high even in the video, but rather, the limitations of the camera seem to have failed to capture the image quality. In addition, with the built-in 10W dual speakers, you can experience rich sound without separate speakers.

▲ Even though it was still daytime and natural light was coming in, the brightness of 4500 ANSI was really felt, and considering that the lamp brightness of low-end products is only 100~200 ANSI, it is really amazing brightness. In particular, its true value was demonstrated when displaying dark screens.

Considering that the input delay time of a typical gaming monitor is 1ms and that of a home product is 5ms, the ViewSonic VX550-4K has a low input lag of 4.2ms, which exceeds the level of a typical home monitor. So, there is almost no delay when playing games. At this level, you can enjoy FPS games as well as RPGs.

As with watching videos, it provided a clear screen without any distortion or invisible parts when playing games.

Finally, you can make various settings in the menu options, and you must activate UltraFast Input in the menu for the low input lag of 4.2ms mentioned above.

Looking at the life of the lamp, the life of the lamp is about 4,000 hours when used in normal mode, and a whopping 21,000 hours when using SuperEco mode.
