Kim "kkOma" Jung-gyun, 2024 T1's goal: "Building a healthy team"
Kim Jeong-gyun's goal upon returning to T1 was slightly different.
Of course, everyone wants to win the League of Legends World Championship, but at the 2024 LCK Spring Split Media Day, Kim Jeong-gyun said he wants to make T1 a 'healthy team'.
Coach Kim said, "The players have been pushing themselves for a very long time. Therefore, my goal this year is to create a healthy team. Performance is important, but 'Faker' Lee Sang-hyeok, who has been a pro for over 10 years, as well as the other players, have been working together and running non-stop until now.
When that happens, in addition to physical aspects, there are times when stress comes from internal and external aspects such as mentality, and I used the expression 'healthy team' in the sense that I want to catch those parts well."
T1 will start the 2024 LCK Spring Split this year with coach Kim Jeong-gyun, coaches Lim Jae-hyun and Kim Kang-hee, as well as last year's League of Legends World Championship winning members 'Zeus-Oner-Faker-Gumayusi-Keria'.
