On January 11th, Goddess of Victory: Nikke added the new Nikke 'Leona'. Leona is a 2-Burst Shotgun Supporter. She's not a highly versatile supporter, but she's a Nikke who provides powerful and unique buffs limited to shotgun parties.

Currently, shotguns are weapons in a somewhat ambiguous position. When looking at the damage of the weapon alone, it's so powerful that no other weapon can keep up, but it's also heavily affected by distance, has low accuracy, and even a slow rate of fire, making it difficult to get as much damage as the numbers suggest. The new Nikke Leona is equipped with various skills that compensate for these shortcomings of shotguns.

First, there's a skill that compensates for the short range of shotguns by correcting the optimal maximum range by 20%. Since it's the first skill of its kind, detailed verification will be needed after release, but this buff is expected to be a great help to shotgun squads. In addition, it enhances shotgun Nikkes with unique buffs, such as increasing accuracy and pellets to compensate for the low accuracy, which is a weakness of shotguns.

Shotgun-specialized supporter Leona. But to be frank, in the current environment, using shotguns as the main party just because Leona has been added is difficult. However, although its immediate practicality is lacking, considering the recent trend, it's hard to just skip it. The same goes for 'Tov', which was released just before, and because the management is showing moves to empower shotgun parties.

Along with Leona's implementation, the new story event 'LION HEART' will also begin. It's an event starring Leona and the Nikkes belonging to the Zoo Squad that Leona belongs to. You can develop the story by attacking the stage, and you can purchase various growth items with the goods obtained in the process.

Items that can be purchased include valuable items such as advanced recruitment tickets and skill materials. A special attendance event will also be held along with the event. The story event 'LION HEART' ends on January 25th.

To replenish the insufficient skill upgrade resources, the new content 'Simulation Room - Overclock Mode' will be added. It is content that can set additional options to the existing simulation room and apply it to a high-difficulty environment, and you can obtain corresponding skill and burst manuals depending on the highest core multiplier when clearing. Simulation Room - Overclock Mode will open on January 16th.
