My personal recommendations are Kargraz's Burning Blade from Blackrock Foundry // Black Ice from Eye of Eternity in Wrath.

Kargraz's Burning Blade is not only pretty but also easy to obtain. Two-handed swords are the best for disease builds.

Black Ice is a two-handed staff, but I personally love it due to its appropriate size and shimmering blue tone.

I think there were about 40 more that I couldn't show, but I cut them because they felt old and outdated.
