How to Best Utilize Merchant Locations?

Finding merchants is simple. Look at the coordinates in the image above and mark the approximate location. After that, move quickly in the direction of the marker above your head and find the merchant at the point that matches the coordinates. There may be a slight error due to the nature of the marker, so look around carefully. The coordinates for the three merchants located at hidden entrances are all marked based on the entrance. All entrances where merchants are located have bonfires, so you can find the merchants by looking for the fire.
Important merchants in Palworld are the basic merchant located in Small Settlement (75, -489), and the special merchants in Duneshelter (355, 347) and Fisherman's Point (-482, -743). These merchants are easy to find as they are near fast travel points, and they are frequently used because they sell a variety of items.

- Wandering Merchant
Regular wandering merchants are used to earn gold by selling items or to purchase basic materials needed for crafting. The merchant located in Small Settlement (75, -489) is close to a fast travel point and is frequently used from the beginning. Regular wandering merchants are located in relatively diverse locations and have low levels, so they can be captured and used from the beginning. Find a low-level merchant, capture them with a Pal Sphere, install a Pal Cage at your base, and release them to use the merchant at your base (based on 1-player).

-Special Merchant
Duneshelter (355 347) and Fisherman's Point (-482, -743) sell different items than regular merchants. Fisherman's Point sells Crossbow and Handgun Ammo, and Duneshelter sells Musket Ammo and other useful materials for later in the game. Fisherman's Point and Duneshelter also have merchants that sell high-end materials such as High Quality Pal Oil. You don't need special temperature equipment if you walk carefully to Fisherman's Point, but Duneshelter is a high-temperature area, so you need to bring heat-resistant equipment.

- Black Marketeer
The Black Marketeer buys Pals. If you have a lot of Pals stacked up during farm work and your storage is full, you can visit the Black Marketeer and sell Pals to empty your storage. You can also buy Pals with good passive skills from the Black Marketeer and use them for breeding.
The Black Marketeer locations near fast travel points are Bamboo Groves (-280, -163), Ruined Church (21, -425), and Anubis Hill (-35, 214). Among these, Anubis Hill requires cold protection equipment, and Ruined Church requires finding a hidden entrance.
Another advantage of the Black Marketeer is the drop items. If you kill the merchant directly, you will receive about 20,000 to 25,000 gold and two gold keys. If you are around level 40, you can kill the merchant and use the Black Marketeer as a means of earning gold. There are many merchants in all areas, and most of them are in secluded places, so the possibility of being caught committing a crime is low. It can also be used for gold farming by matching the Black Marketeer's respawn timing.
If you have an Ultra Sphere or a Legendary Sphere, you can capture the Black Marketeer. You can receive gold when capturing, and you will receive additional gold if you butcher the merchant with a Meat Cleaver.
