Persona series surpasses 22 million copies sold worldwide

Sega Publishing Korea (CEO Saito Go) announced that the cumulative worldwide sales (number of packaged copies shipped + number of digital copies sold) of Atlus' juvenile RPG Persona series has exceeded 22 million units.
Since the first title, Revelations: Persona, was released in 1996, the Persona series has been loved around the world up to Persona 5, and has gained global popularity as one of Atlus' representative JRPG titles. In addition, Persona 3 Reload, released on February 2, 2024, achieved cumulative worldwide sales of 1 million copies in just one week.
Meanwhile, as of March 5, the cumulative sales of the Persona series have exceeded 22.6 million copies, so it seems that we can expect even better results in the future.

To commemorate the Persona series' cumulative worldwide sales exceeding 22 million copies, a special promotional video of the latest title in the series, Persona 3 Reload, has been released. This video uses 'Changing Seasons-Reload-', refined by Atlus Sound Team's Atsushi Kitajoh for Persona 3 Reload. The video ends with the line "It's the promised hour." by the character Mochizuki Ryoji (CV. Akira Ishida). Be sure to check out the 'promised hour' of this title in the game.
Meanwhile, Persona 3 Reload, the latest title in the series, announced the 'Expansion Pass' including the after-story episode Aigis and various DLCs today (7th) through the Xbox Online Showcase Partner Preview. The after-story episode Aigis is scheduled to be distributed in September as the third installment of the Expansion Pass, and Persona 3 Reload is expected to be reborn as a complete version through this.
