Gen.G Esports defeated T1 2-0 in the second round of the '2024 LoL Champions Korea (LCK)' Spring Split regular season, held at LoL Park in Jongno on the 9th, defeating T1 again following their victory in the first round. Both teams had been in great form recently with 12 wins and 1 loss, making it a highly anticipated match, but the game was a dominant victory for Gen.G.

After the match, 'Lehends' Son Si-woo and 'Canyon' Kim Geon-bu, who were selected as POG, shared their thoughts on the victory. 'Lehends' Son Si-woo said, "It was a match to determine first place, so I'm happy that we won and that we seem to be doing well."
