Resonance Crystal Waveplates are similar to action points in other games.
They basically recover over time, but can also be recovered with special items or paid currency.
In the early game, it's hard to use all 180 daily missions, but from Union Level 30, you'll start running out of Waveplates.
So, it's best to focus on using Waveplates to grow your main party Resonators.
Prioritize breaking through the level and skill growth of the main Resonator, and then strengthen Echoes and weapons.
