You need to take the upper of the two small beacons hidden in the Ho-hwan Mine to get to the Bandi Horde.

The beacon on the right of the Bandi Horde is basically a fake.

Small beacon above the Bandi Horde icon: Move to Bandi Horde (lowest level of the mine)

Small beacon to the right of the Bandi Horde icon: Move to Abandoned Mountain Valley Cave (middle level of the mine)

From the center of the mine, take the elevator to the upper level and look in the 2 o'clock direction.

You'll see a cave that leads to the middle level. Use the rope slide to cross over and enter!!

Find a small beacon if you go all the way inside the cave
