This post summarizes the contents of the .
The showcase is 3 hours long and there are no breaks, so I got tired towards the end, but I tried to write down the key points without missing anything. I wrote in more detail when I thought a more detailed explanation was needed (EX - 6th job related, Eddie Meso conversion related comments).
The approximate table of contents is like this, and the showcase itself proceeded in the order of update time, and except for number 1, it is almost at the level of a summary, so if you just look at it once, it will be no different from a summary.

I feel good seeing the screen full, but I'm also nervous that the server might go down. 52,000 people are watching on YouTube, and 82,000 people are watching on Maple. There's a lot prepared, so watching the in-game and YouTube at the same time will be a more enjoyable viewing experience.
2. Sungchae: The word Milestone can feel a bit stiff. Some people are curious about what it means because it sounds like a business term.
Director: I thought the name itself went very well with the purpose of the showcase we prepared (milestone), so I named it that. We wanted to repay the users who enjoyed the game even during difficult times, so we changed the composition from the existing one and prepared it to match the word.
3. 6-11 Month Roadmap to be Revealed
In the past, we only talked about updates that were about 3 months long, but this time, we're going to talk about updates from June to November. To be honest, it's a lie to say that we don't feel burdened by announcing what's scheduled in the ever-changing live service situation, but nevertheless, I thought that showing the users in the most concrete form how we will continue to focus on and continue updating in the future is a sincere way to show that we will repay them with updates.
62,000 people on YouTube, 82,000 people have entered, I think this is the first time I've done a showcase in front of so many people.
What I'm going to say in advance is that the content I'm talking about today is not all of the updates until November. There are things that I can't talk about at this point for various reasons, things that I'm thinking about in detail, and things that I'm thinking about the timing of. There may also be changes. Nevertheless, I think it's meaningful to let you know in advance so that you can understand them in advance.
4. Aran & Eunwol Remaster

As you know from your experience with the remaster work, I think it's a meaningful update because you can experience the improvements needed for the job at once. I felt that it was important to create it with quality through Angelic Buster, and I will continue to do so in the future. We will accurately judge the need for remastering for each job and steadilyproceed with the things needed for Maple within the available development power.
First of all, before I talk about the Aran Eunwol Remaster in detail, I would like to talk about the content related to the event that applies to more users first.

We want to provide Eunwol and Aran with a separate Hyper Burning called Blooming Moonlit Hyper Burning. It is conducted separately from the main Hyper Burning, so there are a total of 2 (Hyper Burning in the event). Even if it's separate, benefits such as items and level-ups are all provided.

In order to add more fun to the story, we also created a new short past story of Aran and Eunwol, and we expect this story to enrich the character.
These can be acquired through an application event, and we plan to sell them in the online store for those who want to have more goods in the future. We will also try to keep the price as low as possible within the limits of what we can do.

8. Aran Remaster Related
I think Aran is an attractive warrior character with a harmonious combination of various, clear concepts such as polearm, ice, and anger, and Eastern style. In this remaster, if I talk about the conceptual aspects first, we proceeded in the direction of preserving these things while strengthening the lacking parts.

In the case of Beyonder, the Four Gods were used to strengthen the identity of the Eastern-style warrior.
In terms of combat, we focused on making the system of entering and sustaining the adrenaline state through combos, which is the core of Aran, more fun. We made it possible to have fast and reasonable combat.
A system called Super Awakening is added, which can be entered once every 180 seconds, and you can use the skill Hyper Boost End when entering. You can experience a system in a form that is different from the existing one.

Following this, when the adrenaline state is reached, ice waves that attack monsters are generated at regular intervals, and they are strengthened in the super-awakened state.

There are several improvements to the combo, and first of all, the system is gradually expanded from the low-level stages, and a system that automatically increases the combo at regular intervals has been added.

In addition, we added an installation skill to improve the hunting experience when not in the adrenaline state.
Next, if I talk about the boss side, the content I mentioned earlier is reflected and many things change in the combo, etc. In the case of Blizzard Tempest, the existing bind function was separated into another skill. Also, when using the origin skill, you immediately enter the super-awakened state.
9. Eunwol Remaster Related
Eunwol is a character that many users like because he has the setting of a forgotten hero. In terms of concept, we maintained the big picture similar to Aran, and strengthened the visual and performance combat experience.
Unlike Aran, I would like to talk about the changes in the main skills in connection.
- Soul Partition: This skill is changed conceptually and in combat, and the combat content is changed. I would like to mention that it is related to all changes. Through this remaster, the role has been changed to an installation skill that assists hunting. As part of this, the powerful damage of the existing Soul Partition has been transferred to a more suitable skill, and visual and numerical changes have been made.

- Fox Spirit: As the role of Soul Partition changes, the mastery core that you strengthened will be changed to Fox Spirit. Basically, it is a skill that is automatically activated when you hit it, so I thought it went well with the existing Eunwol's combat, and it has been changed to a key auxiliary skill through this remaster. Basically, the generation probability has also been increased, and functions such as generating more Fox Spirits through synergy with other skills have also been added.

- Ghost Gate: As Soul Partition was changed, it was changed to a skill that can show clear performance in bosses, and the existing debuff-related parts were also improved.

- Crushing Fist: As the role of Soul Partition was changed, a lot of the damage aspect was transferred to this skill. The existing effects have been strengthened in terms of performance and visually.

- Spirit Focus: Basically, strengthening Soul Partition was the role of this skill, so I think the skill itself lacked impact, but the performance of the skill itself has been strengthened with this remaster. Immediately after use, wide-area damage is dealt, and additional hits are dealt when attacking, etc.

Hunting is basically easier and more convenient because Soul Partition becomes an installation skill. In the case of the origin skill, it has been changed to a simple form in which explosive damage is dealt at once with a cutscene.
I think remastering work is essential to improve the quality of the game. I will continue to carry out the necessary remastering work within the limits of my ability.
10. Milestone Improvements
We have been changing and practicing the keynote to quickly reflect improvements even if it is not a big update, but there are still many left, so we have prepared various things.
1) We will update the where you can check daily and weekly content at a glance.

Basically, we will provide daily and weekly content that exists in Maple so that you can edit it according to your choice, and through this, you can check the progress and accept and complete quests. It is important for existing users, but it will also be meaningful for new and returning users. It will replace the golden light bulb icon on the left side of the existing screen.
2) Reorganization of growth lines below level 200
As MapleStory starts in earnest after level 200, we have reorganized the permanent system so that you can grow quickly before that. After level 30, when the job quest ends, you can reach level 200 without separate hunting just by following the quest: Main Quest Line

We also improved the story while creating the main quest line. There are many mentions of the Black Mage, Transcendents, and Commanders below level 200, but we have improved the parts that were not smooth in the existing settings and the parts that were lacking.
3) Guidebook available without movement conditions
We have deleted all the existing required conditions and improved it so that you can move even at lower levels.

In the case of automatic sorting, 4 categories are basically provided, and you can also hide them if you don't want them. In the case of the favorites function, it is a function that allows you to edit only the ones you want to distinguish among the common skills that you can use.

I had a lot of worries while adding this function. I remember you liked the improved cutscene at Suu, but the more effort we put into the cutscene, the longer it becomes, and I thought it could be inconvenient in repeated play situations. I was worried about the cutscene aspect, but I added it because I thought there was enough experience with the cutscene in the case of retries.

I said that I would restore trust by changing the potential reset system to Meso. After that, there was too much economic change in the in-game, and the preparation was not sufficient, so I said that I would postpone the additional until the first half of the year and take measures that I could do first. Since then, we have improved the economic system with Epic Dungeon's bonus rewards, coins, new boss rewards, and Illusion Ring. It is true that a question mark appears in the word 'sufficient', but even so, I thought that keeping the promise was the most necessary task to restore trust, so I want to proceed with it this time.
If I say just one thing, I expect there will be a huge difference in the difficulty of enhancement, item value, and Meso demand and supply changes, so I think the price will be balanced according to the economic situation. Except for this, the rest (Meso conversion/Memorial, etc.) will proceed as promised.
It will be reflected on 6/20, and this update is not the end, and we will continue to patch in response to the economic situation in the future, and we will do our best to ensure that the game changes I mentioned go as intended.
11. New Boss Limbo

As a subordinate of Zerun Darmore, he is a person who can handle the power of the Specter. In the past, he played the role of a story boss, but he finally appears as a top-level boss.

The battle will unfold while going back and forth between surreal spaces, and it is the top-level boss. As the first official apostle to appear, we have prepared in many ways. Limbo is a boss that comes out in Carcion and can be challenged by those over 285, and there are normal and hard difficulties.
I feel like a new boss came out quickly after Suu, but I thought it was a good idea to create content that you can enjoy with a stronger character. As the potential can be completely reset to Meso as mentioned earlier, the need for economic circulation and goal renewal in the game seems to have become more prominent. We are aiming to expand this top-level content at a faster tempo than before, and I can tell you more about it later.
Limbo's rewards will drop two key rewards. First, the entire Ethernel set will be released, and Limbo will drop all three parts: shoes/gloves/cape. The set effect is different from before.

It is an item that started to be released with the Calos update in 2022, and the full set has been added in about 2 and a half years. With this, all 250 sets of armor have been released.
In addition, the first item of the Radiant Boss Accessory, the Whisper of Origin, which will follow the Black Boss Accessory set, will be dropped.

As the supply of Black has accelerated, we will try to change the accessories step by step to match this. Like the ring, it will be released in a direction that preserves the value of Black by coexisting with the Black set first.

12. Exceptional Enhancement Reorganization

If I talk about the play experience of Angler Company, the part that I am paying more attention to than the last content is that new situations are given every game, and I planned it so that it would be fun to solve them. As it has become a repetitive content, I thought that a lot of fun was needed, so I made various attempts. That's not to say that it's more difficult than before, but the brain-physical aspect contributes to shortening the game play, so you can clear it faster as your skill level increases.
Finally, this is content that users over 270 can participate in, and you only need to proceed with either High Mountain or Angler Company, so this will be reflected in the rewards.

20. September Update: New Area Talahat: Level 290 Area

I thought that there was a quick need to create new content, so we will add an area following the new boss. After completing the mission in Carcion, the opponent who moved to southern Grandis is the story of finding Talahat, the legendary city of rumors where the ancient gods are sleeping.

New characters, enemies, and Primacy (resistance group) appear

Through the Talahat daily quest, you can raise the force in the same way as the existing Authentic Symbol, but you will be given a new symbol that raises the corresponding stat instead of the main stat depending on the growth level.
We will tell you more about these contents through MapleNOW at the corresponding time.
21. Fall Event Related: A 2-month package event is scheduled to be held in August and September. Almost the same scale as summer (peak season volume)

22. October Update: Masteria, Demon-Related New Content: Azmos Gorge

It is a new combat content and the story will unfold in Masteria. Structurally, it is a part of Masteria that is layered under Maple, and it is a space full of traces of illegal research. It will be content that allows you to learn about the past and history of the demons (annihilation, etc.) by checking the results after various events have occurred.
- Content Direction:
To be honest, it's a bit difficult to talk about this in detail right now. This content will change conceptually depending on how the economic situation of Maple changes, but I can tell you two things. First, it will be content where you can acquire Meso or some means of enhancement equivalent to Meso depending on the character's growth level and understanding of the content. It will function as content that responds to the cubing of Meso. It will not be the same as that of Epic Dungeon, but will be differentiated according to the level of growth.
Secondly, I always want to try to give new fun with combat content on a slightly larger scale. We want to explore new fun in terms of game play.

26. 6th Job Related Comments: There are no plans to update new 6th job skills in the second half of this year.The reason is that the first thing is that MapleStory needs to add content to enjoy after becoming stronger rather than adding a means to become stronger, and as I said in the last NOW, I think it is urgent to add a mastery core, and I think it is very important to make it well and add it all at once as a balance patch rather than adding it quickly. It's not that we're not doing it, but we prepared it like this because we thought other things were much more important in the priority. I know how much you're looking forward to it, and we're also eager to do it, but there are definitely real important updates that need to be done first. I'm so sorry, but we'll do what's necessary first. After that, we will give you more updates that you want and can enjoy. There are many contents that we are preparing in addition to the contents I mentioned. We are preparing with all our heart, looking only at the fun.
So there are many things that Maple needs to do and many things that we want to do, and the process of prioritizing is very confusing, but if you trust and support us, we will be able to show you the updates more comfortably and enjoyably.
