Q: I was a Closed Beta Test user. Can I install HoYoPlay right away?
A: If you have the 「Tuning Test」, 「Equalizing Test」, or 「Amplifying Test」 client installed on your device, please remove the existing client before installing HoYoPlay for a smooth experience.
If HoYoPlay is linked to the Closed Beta Test installation package, do not select the file on the linking confirmation screen. If you select it by mistake, click 「Game Details Page - Option on the right of the big button - Game Settings - Basic Information - Reassign Game Path」 or remove the file and download the game resources again.
Q: When is the official game server launch?
A: 〈Zenless Zone Zero〉 is scheduled to open on multiple platforms (including PC, Android, iOS, PlayStation®5) on July 4th at 11:00 (KST).

Q: Can I log in to 〈Zenless Zone Zero〉 with the same HoYoverse account I use for other HoYoverse games?
A: Yes, you can log in to 〈Zenless Zone Zero〉 with your frequently used HoYoverse account.
Q: How many servers are there in 〈Zenless Zone Zero〉?
A: There are a total of 4 servers (America, Asia, Europe, TW/HK/MO).
Q: Is it possible to switch servers?
A: Game data between 〈Zenless Zone Zero〉 servers is independent, and server switching is not possible, so please be aware of this.

Q: How do I switch between keyboard & mouse and controller?
A: When keyboard & mouse and controller are connected at the same time, you can switch between them in the following ways.
1. You can switch in 「In-game top left menu icon - Settings - Input - UI Layout」.
2. In certain situations, you can press ESC on the keyboard or OPTION on the controller to quickly switch between keyboard & mouse/controller. The screens that currently support quick switching are as follows:
Login screen, city, most co-op stage selection screens, battle
We will continue to optimize the quick switching function of keyboard & mouse/controller in future versions to provide a better experience for Rope Weaver.

Q: Are there any benefits for the first top-up?
A: After the official release, all products on the 「Monochrome Purchase」 screen will receive a first top-up 2x bonus. Please check the relevant news for 2x bonus reset information in the future.
Q: How can I check game events, benefits, and information in each region in a timely manner?
A: You can get benefit information by following the 〈Zenless Zone Zero〉 official community account.
Q: What events are there before the official server launch?
A: The events before the official server launch are as follows.
1. Pre-registration milestone rewards
We have already reached 40 million pre-registrations and can obtain A-rank Agent [Corin (Forceful Strike·Physical)], Original Master Tape x20, Bangboo Ticket x5, and Denny x30,000.
2. 「Shopping Before the Trip」 pre-draw web event rewards
Event rewards will be given according to the final selected game items on the event screen.
Q: Can I receive all types of benefits on all devices, platforms, and routes?
A: Pre-registration milestone rewards and 「Shopping Before the Trip」 pre-draw web event rewards have different receiving conditions. The specific conditions are as follows.
Pre-registration milestone rewards: You can receive pre-registration milestone rewards in-game by logging in to the game on any device platform.
「Shopping Before the Trip」 pre-draw web event rewards: Rope Weavers who participated in the event using a HoYoverse account should log in with the HoYoverse account used to participate in the event to receive the rewards. After receiving the rewards, the server and account cannot be modified.
