Genesis Weapon DIY Guide by Budget
I've created scenarios for users preparing for liberation, categorized by level and capital, to efficiently complete their own crafting.
It's difficult to utilize Miracle Time unless you're a well-timed hero, so I've based it on weekdays.
It got long, so here's a three-line summary.
--------------------------------------------------------------
I recommend crafting Genesis weapons as follows, based on capital and specs:
1. Anything three lines + Epic 9% =8.4 billion(Recommended for item stat conversion around 40k)
2. Perfect stat Boss Damage/Damage/ATT + Aim for Additional ATT 21%, but park if you get a valid option =28.5 billion(Recommended for item stat conversion around 50k)
3. Sniping Perfect stat Boss Damage/Damage/ATT + Additional ATT 21% =47.3 billion(Recommended for item stat conversion 60k or higher)
--------------------------------------------------------------
Case A. [Preparation: 47.3 billion or more] I'm going to keep rolling until I get the perfect 21%.
Based on rich players who will snipe until they get the options they want,
The top potential is (Boss Damage/Boss Damage/Boss Damage, Boss Damage/Boss Damage/ATT, Boss Damage/ATT/ATT, ATT/ATT/ATT) perfect stats or higherExpected value: 17.6 billionWon. (Including rank up)
The bottom potential is Additional ATT 21% or higherExpected value: 297billion Won. (Including rank up)
TotalExpected value: 47.3 billionWon.
Excluding the Destruction Buff in this scenario,Final Damage increases by about 19%And a similar spec upgrade with this efficiency is
On the inner stats side, Arcus Symbol level 10 up (35 main stat at 870 million)
On the item spec side, it's similar to replacing 18-star armor with 22-star armor with the same potential, which costs about 7 billion.
(This value takes into account the Lucky effect after liberation.)
However, crafting is scary. In the case of sniping, it often gets drained 2x or 3x if you're unlucky.
If you're not a hero with a stat conversion of 60k~70k or higher,
I recommend using the strategy of stopping when a valid option comes out, which I'll explain below.
Case B. [Preparation: 8.4 billion mesos] I'm a low-spec with a stat conversion of 35k, and I'm short on mesos.
Since many heroes challenge liberation with weapons more expensive than 8.4 billion, I've set it up so you can craft with your weapon funds.
If your weapon is less than 8 billion and you don't have any mesos saved up, your only option is to use the event untradeable cubes, so good luck.
In this scenario, I recommend getting Epic 9% on the bottom potential with Superior Equip Enhancement Cubes. The expected value is 600 millionWon.
Next is the top potential, where all three lines, including one line of Ignore Enemy Defense, should be considered valid. The expected value is 6.4 billionWon. (Including rank up)
The table below is a [Tier List] of options that I've arbitrarily set.
I excluded three-line options with two or more lines of Ignore Enemy Defense because I don't think they can be considered three lines in the current meta, and I defined it as [Misfire] when Boss Damage/Ignore Enemy Defense both appear at 35%.

If you're aiming for Tier 4 or higher,You'll stop at 49% Tier 4, 37% Tier 3, 14% Tier 2.
When looking at the stat conversion increase excluding the Destruction Buff, roughlyFinal Damage 12.5% for 7 billionYou'll get it with.
This efficiency is similar to the cost-effectiveness of upgrading the Cernium Symbol by 4 levels. (Very good)
Comparing with items,It's similar to the cost-effectiveness of sending a 17-star CRA set during the 1516 eventIt's similar to the cost-effectiveness of sending. (Also very good)
Case C.[Preparation: 28.5 billion]I'm aiming for a perfect 21%, but I'll stop if a valid option comes out.
Recommended scenario for heroes with a stat conversion between 45k~55k. In fact, you can think of this as the main point.
Generally, it's a stat conversion that comes out when you have 18-star 15%~21% equips or very good inner stats, or a few 22-star equips.
It's inevitable that 50 billion can be drained if you're unlucky, but you can see it as a scenario that minimizes bad luck.
If you can immediately interpret the table below, there's nothing more to explain, but I'll add an explanation in writing because it can be difficult to see.

Step 1. Sniping Top Potential Tier 3 or higher
First, I recommend discarding Tier 4 in the top potential. It's a bit out of place for that hero.
Let's only take perfect stats with 3 lines that are misfired without Ignore Enemy Defense, or perfect stats including 1 line of Ignore Enemy Defense.

At this point, the hero is27% chance of stopping at Tier 2 (i.e., perfect stat Boss Damage/Boss Damage/ATT) or 73% chance of Tier 3You will stop at.
Congratulations to the hero who won the 27% chance.
In this case, the top potentialExpected value: 7.7 billionWon. (Including rank up)
Step 2. Rolling Additional Potential to Aim for Valid Option OR Legendary Rank Up
It's a trivial scenario of rolling top/bottom potential, but the reason why the expected value is jumping is because the probability of ranking up is higher than two lines of Additional Potential.
If you roll Additional Potential until something comes out38% chance of getting 15%, and 62% chance of Legendary rank upYou will do.
Stop when 15% comes out.(12% (ATT 6% + ATT 6%) is not cost-effective, so don't stop.)
Unique 15% is a bit lacking in romance, but the expected value of Additional Legendary is so great that it's a cost-effective section.
Up to hereExpected value: 7.7 billionWon. (15% or rank up)
Step 3. If you've reached Legendary, aim for 18% or higher
Excluding the cost of ranking up, there is a big difference between the expected value of 18% and 21%.
The expected value of 18% or higher is 13.1 billion, and the expected value of 21% or higher is 18.8 billionWon.
It's wise to aim for 18% and pray that 21% comes out with a 70% chance while rolling Additional Potential.
In this caseExpected value: 13.1 billionWon. (18% or higher)
In this scenario, you can take the results shown in the table below.
If Additional Potential ranks up to Legendary, you have to get 18% or higher even if you don't want to, so the expected value fluctuates between 15.5 billion and 28.6 billion.

To explain further, if you proceed with the above 3 steps,
- 12% chance of getting perfect stat Boss Damage/Boss Damage/ATT Additional ATT 21% for 28.6 billion, or
- 28% chance of getting perfect stat Boss Damage/Ignore Enemy Defense/ATT Additional ATT 15% for 15.5 billion.
In this scenario, the average Final Damage increase excluding the Destruction Buff is about 16%.
A spec upgrade that produces this level of efficiency is
Similar to Arcus 7 level Symbol up based on inner stats
Based on crafting, it's similar to sending Twilight Mark/Guardian Angel Ring/Estella earrings etc. from Dawn accessories 18 stars to 19 stars during the Shata time.
Based on items, it's similar to replacing a 17-star 6/3/3 Absolabs (400 million) with an 18-star 27% Absolabs (3 billion).
I omitted the formulas I referred to in the calculation because there were so many, but I'll definitely share them if you're curious.
It's not a big deal because it's a value that comes out just by running the Meso Live expected value in the first place.
Thank you.
