The remaining equipment and necklace/Fate's Fists stats used for the test are as follows.
As you can see in the video above,
Due to the significant difference in stack management after this hotfix,
It is expected that adopting Fate's Fists will be stronger than adopting Legendary Gloves.
As a result of the actual combat test, Legendary Gloves and Fate's Fists seem to be about the same.
The difference between before and after the hotfix is
Previously, there was a bug? where the Forked Lightning aspect, which is the Lightning Spear aspect, bounced to nearby monsters frequently,
Every time this Forked Lightning attack bounced to nearby monsters, it was treated as an attack by the Imbued Skill, triggering the Winter Necklace's unique option twice.
In other words, even with low Trailblazer, the Ice Barrier was sufficiently generated due to the very high number of hits, and the Imbued Skill cooldown reduction effect was excessively activated, so there was no problem with the speed of accumulating to the upper stack limit/maintaining the upper stack.
Therefore, there was no reason to use Fate's Fists while sacrificing more than 200% crit damage and one aspect slot from the gloves.
However, after the hotfix, the number of Ice Barriers generated by the Winterglass Necklace's unique option was significantly nerfed, making stack management more difficult than before,
Using Fate's Fists allows for stable stack management by increasing Trailblazer to cover the reduced number of executions.
The benefit of using Fate's Fists is the realization of a much faster Imbued Skill cooldown reduction due to the high Trailblazer,
1. The higher the Imbued Skill cooldown reduction option on the Winter Necklace,
2. The higher the cooldown reduction (Shako/Lightning Spear cooldown reduction on the ring),
3. The higher the unique option on the Winter Necklace,
4. The higher the attack speed,
You can see a big effect in stack management.
(Listed in order of importance affecting stack management when using Fate's Fists.)
However, for extremely high-end setups that reach the stack limit without adopting Fate's Fists,
Double Legendary Ring Lightning Spear Cooldown Reduction Temper Max 3 Snipes
It is still thought that Legendary Gloves will be stronger.
(This part is just a guess because I don't have extremely high-spec items, so I haven't been able to test how smooth stack management is.)
And as you can see in the video,
Since it is possible to maintain the stack limit smoothly even with Fate's Fists, which is not a Trailblazer affix,
Trailblazer affixes are not important, and attack speed/crit chance affixes are more important.
(Or attack speed/crit chance snipe after using Trailblazer affix Fate's Fists)
Trailblazer only speeds up the rate at which stacks accumulate and does not affect the stack limit,
However, when the specs other than Trailblazer are the same, the faster activation of Imbued Skill cooldown reduction may slightly increase the stack limit.
I forgot about this part and wrote it as above, but if it is a Trailblazer affix, the activation of Imbued Skill cooldown reduction will also be faster, so there may be a significant effect.
This part is not certain because it depends on whether it is possible to reach the stack limit that can be obtained with Imbued Skill cooldown reduction, excluding other specs, with only the Trailblazer max option.
However, if you don't want to push it to the limit, Trailblazer High-Tier~Max Option is enough.
Summary
1.After the hotfix, adopting Fate's Fists shows a big difference in stable stack management and reaching the limit, stronger than Legendary Gloves
I thought that Fate's Fists would be stronger because the stack difference was up to 10,
The clear time for the Legion 8 boss is not much different than with Legendary Gloves (30~40 seconds)
Of course, it depends on the rest of the item specs, and I have to keep testing it in practice,
The difference between over 200% crit damage and 1 aspect seems to have a big impact.
(Especially crit damage)
Therefore, since the build power seems to be similar even if you change the gloves, unless stack management is extremely difficult,
There is no need to change the setting from Legendary Gloves to Fate's Fists,
Those who have been using Fate's Fists can continue to use Fate's Fists, and those who have been using Legendary Gloves can continue to use Legendary Gloves.
2. The higher the stack limit you can reach, the more beneficial it is to adopt Fate's Fists
3. However, in the case of extremely high-specifications where stack management is easy even without Fate's Fists, Legendary Gloves are expected to be stronger
4. Fate's Fists Trailblazer option is sufficient with High-Tier~Max Option, attack speed/crit chance affix has higher value (not sure)
