Level 46 Glyphs are the top priority! Let's check out the Glyph changes.
If the Glyph level is 20 lower than the Pit tier, the Glyph level increases by 2 at once
Success rate exists depending on the Pit tier and Glyph level

With the opening of this Diablo 4 expansion, the Glyph system has changed a lot. Previously, Glyph levels could only be raised through Nightmare Dungeons and could only be raised to a maximum of level 21, but the maximum level has been changed to 100.
The Glyph level farming location has also been changed to The Pit, so in order to upgrade the Glyphs used in your build, you must repeatedly run The Pit. So, I've summarized what has changed specifically regarding Glyphs.

The maximum level of Glyphs was previously level 21, but it has been changed to level 100 in this expansion. When a Glyph reaches level 45, it can be upgraded to a Legendary Glyph using Gem Fragments, at which point you will gain an additional effect.
For example, the Spiritcaller's Construct will gain an additional effect that increases damage to nearby enemies when it becomes a Legendary Glyph. The additional effects of each Glyph show quite good performance.
In the case of Glyph radius, the maximum range was previously 4. But from now on, the radius will increase to a maximum of 5. In other words, it initially has a radius of 3, but the radius becomes 4 at level 15 and 5 at level 46. Therefore, the top priority is to upgrade all Glyphs you use to at least level 46 to Legendary Glyphs and secure the maximum radius.

With the increased maximum Glyph level, many changes have also been made to the Glyph upgrade system. Now, when you clear The Pit, you will get up to 3 Glyph upgrade opportunities. At this time, if you clear The Pit cleanly without dying, you will get an additional upgrade opportunity, and you can proceed with a total of 4 upgrades.
However, the Glyph's level does not necessarily increase when upgrading. There is a different success rate depending on the tier of The Pit you are challenging and the difference in Glyph tier. The smaller the difference between the Glyph and The Pit tier, the lower the success rate, and if the upgrade fails, the Glyph level is maintained and only the number of upgrades is reduced.
Of course, there is also a way to create a 100% success rate. If the difference between The Pit tier and the Glyph's level is greater than 10, a guaranteed upgrade is possible. Also, if the difference is 20 or more, the Glyph level will increase by 2 at once.
# After clearing The Pit Tier 30 without dying, upgrade a level 1 Glyph
- Since you cleared without dying, you get an additional opportunity for a total of 4 upgrades
- 1st time: Glyph tier increases to level 3 (since The Pit Tier 30 was cleared, there is a difference of 20 or more from the Glyph level)
- 2nd time: Glyph tier increases to level 5 (since The Pit Tier 30 was cleared, there is a difference of 20 or more from the Glyph level)
- 3rd time: Glyph tier increases to level 7 (since The Pit Tier 30 was cleared, there is a difference of 20 or more from the Glyph level)
- 4th time: Glyph tier increases to level 9 (since The Pit Tier 30 was cleared, there is a difference of 20 or more from the Glyph level)
# Assuming you clear The Pit Tier 30 while dying and upgrade a level 10 Glyph
- Since you cleared while dying, you can proceed with a total of 3 upgrades
- 1st time: Glyph tier increases to level 12 (since The Pit Tier 30 was cleared, there is a difference of 20 or more from the Glyph level)
- 2nd time: Glyph tier increases to level 13 (since The Pit Tier 30 was cleared, there is a difference of 20 or less from the Glyph level)
- 3rd time: Glyph tier increases to level 14 (since The Pit Tier 30 was cleared, there is a difference of 20 or less from the Glyph level)
