It's a Pokémon that has high HP and attacks and heals at the same time, but it's a Basic Pokémon, so it can be used right away without evolving.

· vs Articuno ex: Higher durability than Articuno ex, making it good for long-term battles, but cannot control bench Pokémon because it does not have wide-area attacks.
· vs Starmie ex: It is a Basic Pokémon, so there is no hand disruption, but it requires a lot of energy to attack and has low damage.
