Girls' Frontline 2 "Squad Formation" Method (1 Support + 3 DPS)
The basic squad formation in Girls' Frontline 2 is 4 members, and it is recommended to have one support and three damage dealers.
For 5-member squads or multi-squad content unlocked in the mid-game, specialized formations are needed instead of basic ones.
