To anyone looking for low-level Uncarved Spirit Gems
If you do the first quest in the Lvl 11 zone, Freysorn, you're guaranteed to get a Lvl 4 Uncarved Spirit Gem as a reward,
It takes about 1 hour to get to that point with a new character. FYI
