'SANABI', a Joseon Cyberpunk Game, Unravels Korean Family Love
Marking its 3rd year, the Inven Game Awards will select winners in all categories, including Game of the Year, through user voting to more actively reflect the opinions of gamers. We hope that the 2024 Inven Game Awards will be an opportunity to look back on the year and celebrate the creativity of the gaming industry together at the awards ceremony on December 20th.
The nominees for the 2024 Inven Game Awards are games released from October 16, 2023, to October 15, 2024. In addition, titles released after October 15, 2024, were also included if the judging panel was able to directly play the completed game code or access it before the nomination period.

Best Narrative Award Winner: 'Sanabi'
There are various elements that make you immerse yourself in the game itself. But after all, the most important thing is the game's narrative, isn't it? What makes you cry and laugh while playing the game is the 'story' and the way the story is delivered. Which game showcases the best narrative of the year, as directly selected by Inven users?
The winner of the Best Narrative category at the 2024 Inven Game Awards is 'Sanabi'.
Sanabi is a work that wonderfully blends Korean family love based on an excellent worldview that is called Joseon Cyberpunk. In particular, the story delivery power that made many users cry is truly a masterpiece.
In particular, fierce competition was expected as many narratively outstanding works were released last year. Among them, Sanabi, a Korean indie game, received the most support from users and took first place.
Yoo Seung-hyun, CEO of Wonder Potion, said, "It's a new feeling to receive such a precious award for a small development that started with five students," and "We will never forget our original intention to make a great game and will continue to strive to present better games in the future." He also said that he will do his best to repay the expectations for the sequel to Sanabi.
