If you fix the pad well using a heavy keyboard and a suitable stand, your wrist will be comfortable..

In addition, you can use all skills while moving and aiming

If you control with WASD, you have to move your hand from WASD when you press 1, 2, Q, E, R, which can mess up your movement.

In pad play, pressing A, B, X, Y requires you to take your hand off the right thumbstick, which prevents you from aiming.

If you hold a pad in one hand and a mouse in the other, you can use 7 skills including RB, RT, and mouse 5 buttons while moving and aiming.
