The more skills you have, the more noticeable your burst damage becomes, and the more capable you are of flexibly responding to various situations. As you level up and gain access to more active skills, you'll be able to take down monsters with flashy combos, just like the trial character you controlled right after logging in.

In Legend of Ymir, active and passive skills can be learned by acquiring skill books through various methods and using them. To find out where to get skill books, go to the skill menu, click on a skill you haven't learned yet, and check the tooltip that appears when you click the skill book icon.

Each class has 12 active skills and 5 passive skills. Among these, the ultimate skill, the most powerful one, can be obtained by progressing through the 'True Power of Einherjar' Saga. 8 active skills and 4 passive skills are sold by skill merchants in Idun's Valley and Asgard Castle. To purchase all skills for each class, you need 9,942,000 Silver, so it's important to constantly collect Silver by consistently playing various content.

The three level 30-40 active skills and one passive skill are relatively difficult to obtain. One of the level 30 active skills must be purchased from the clan store, requiring active clan participation. The remaining skill books can be obtained with a certain probability by defeating maze monsters that can be entered after level 30. Since skill books obtained by defeating monsters require luck in addition to playtime, the timing of skill acquisition will vary greatly from user to user.
