T1 calls up rookie ADC 'Cipher' Kim Yu-jun! Heading to the 2025 Asia Masters!
T1 has called up Kim 'Cypher' Yu-jun, the AD Carry from T1 Esports Academy (T1A), ahead of the 2025 Asian Masters.
On March 4, 2025, T1 announced via their official SNS that "T1A rookie 'Cypher' Kim Yu-jun will be joining the T1 LoL team and participating in matches starting with the upcoming 2025 Asian Masters." They added, "Please give a lot of support to Kim Yu-jun, who will bring energy to the T1 Esports Academy bot lane."
Born on January 20, 2006, Kim Yu-jun has shown great skill in the T1 Esports Academy and is attracting attention as a next-generation AD Carry. He began his career in March 2021 by joining the LSB Academy, and also played for KeG Busan in 2022. He joined T1 Rookies in June 2023 and became a member of the T1 Esports Academy on March 4, 2025.
Kim Yu-jun has won and finished as runner-up in several tournaments since his amateur days. In 2022, he won the 'LCK Academy Series September Open Tournament', and finished as runner-up in the 'LCK Academy Series June Open Tournament' and the '14th President's Cup KeG National Finals'.
