Season 2 traits and some info

1. Talents

 

 

 

Common

Green

Choose either healing or interrupt when purifying, if interrupt fails like Ansurek, choose interrupt and backup

You can also remove the Divine Protection anti-heal debuff talent and take both green talents

 

Blue

Talents that don't make a big difference, so swap depending on the situation

If you need to continuously dispel poison from the tank like in Braid of the Elements, take Holy Word: Salvation cooldown reduction + Holy Word: Salvation poison/disease prevention

If you need Blessing of Protection cooldown reduction like Kaiveza, take cooldown reduction + @

If you took Reverence in the Holy tab, take 2 points in Hammer of Wrath damage increase

 

Holy

White

The default is Light's Hammer range 1 point

If you have enough mana to consume Divine Favor and Infusion of Light with Holy Light, heal around Holy Light

If you're short on mana, take Divine Protection cooldown reduction and mana regeneration

If you need to use Divine Toll every 2:30, take Divine Toll cooldown reduction

 

2. Important points in Sun's Avatar

 

In Season 2, Avenging Crusader + Light's Vanguard are difficult to use unless buffed

Avenging Wrath (hereinafter referred to as AW) + Sun's Avatar (hereinafter referred to as SA) are expected to be the mainstream.

 

 

In SA, AW creates a healing beam connected to Daybreak as shown above, and the key is togenerate as many of these as possible.

When you use AW, Daybreak is applied to 4 nearby people, and when Awakening is activated, it is applied to 1 nearby person by default.


 

And if you use Holy Reverberation (hereinafter referred to as HR), you can apply Daybreak 2 more times.

If you use HR before and after AW and Awakening, you can apply Daybreak to 6 people during AW and 3 people during Awakening, and you should do this if possible.

 

As a result of inquiries with the Wowhead guide and the Paladin Discord, it is recommended to use HR before and after AW and Awakening,

I wish I could experiment with Mythic raids, but I couldn't find a Mythic party at the end of the season, so I looked up some logs.

You can see that HR was used before and after AW and Awakening,To go a little deeper, it is more efficient to use HR before Awakening, even if it doesn't matter during AW because Awakening has a short duration. Of course, the Daybreak that was already applied also increases in duration when AW is activated, so it doesn't matter much, but I confirmed that most people use HR before activating Awakening.


3. Stats

The most important thing is item level

For secondary stats, I'm thinking of matching Haste 25% > Mastery >= Crit >>> Versatility weights.

I've been matching Haste to around 25%, but you need to adjust it according to your Season 2 mana situation and your Cpm.

Crit was important in Light's Vanguard because of Hammer and Anvil, but in SA, it is rated slightly lower than Mastery.

I think Versatility is good to have for raids, but it's okay if you don't have it.
