- Package

On the front of the box is the PCCOOLER CPS RT620 product name and photo.

Detailed features are written on the side of the box.

There is no box sealing sticker.

When I opened it, I saw the heatsink and two cooling fans wrapped in vinyl and fixed in place. I can also see the parts box.

The components are a heatsink, two 120mm cooling fans, 4 fan clips, a splitter cable, an Intel backplate, Intel
2 brackets, 2 AMD brackets, fastening parts, thermal compound, and 1 manual.

- Heatsink

The heatsink is black and has a dual tower structure with dimensions of 113(W) x 138(D) x 153(H)mm.

The streamlined heatsink with a triangular pattern triforce concept design improves heat dissipation efficiency.

CPS is engraved in a square shape in the center of the top of the heatsink.

Supports up to TDP 265W.

The fin folding design on the side of the plate concentrates airflow to increase heat dissipation.

Equipped with 6 6mm heat pipes made of copper base, it provides excellent thermal conductivity.

A sticker is attached to the base to protect it from damage.

This is a finely processed copper heat spreader.
- Cooling fan

The cooling fan size is 120mm x 120mm x 25mm.

Maximum airflow is 73.32CFM, maximum air pressure is 3.28mmH2O, and maximum noise is 34.9dBA.

The cooling fan rotation speed is approximately 500~2200RPM, and the cooling direction is marked on the side.

There is no rubber packing on the front of the cooling fan, but there is on the back.

PWM 4-pin power method with automatic speed control according to CPU temperature.

I tried connecting it with the splitter cable provided as standard.
- Combination

- Mount

I installed an Intel 12th generation i3-12100 (LGA1700) CPU. All you need is the Intel components below.

Align the hook part of the Intel backplate to the far end.

Align this backplate to the hole on the back of the motherboard.

Not many screw holes come out.

This is because it is immediately fastened with a universal bolt.

Place the Intel brackets vertically/horizontally and fasten with the remaining screws. Align the holes in the center.

Apply thermal compound to the top of the CPU and install the heatsink.

Simply fasten it according to the top/bottom holes.

Attach the cooling fan with clips and connect it to the motherboard PWM 4-pin connector to finish.

The memory is Essencore Kleve model in black and gold. There is no memory interference. 44mm height possible!

Tuning memory requires the cooling fan to be slightly raised before installation. Maximum height is within 52mm.

- Performance test

I proceeded with the i3-12100 overclocked to 4.8GHz. The case panel is closed.

- Noise test

The case panel was open and measured as close as possible to the cooling fan. (Indoor noise: 36.8BA)
