Introduction to mid-game Lightning Spear and Glacial Spear builds that are good to start from level 65-70. After purchasing a 'Twisted Blood' imbued spear for about 5 Exalted Orbs, it is recommended to switch to the Ball Lightning build. Brief introduction to skill gems and the order of equipping them (from Lightning Spear, starting from the left).

Companion: Consider mana consumption, use Physical Defense, Last Gasp, Loyalty. Ball Lightning: Increase bolt firing quality with Thaumaturge's Prism. Lightning Conduit: Speed of the Void, Primal Urge, Deadly Aim. Glacial Cascade (Cold Conduit): Glacial Cascade, Ice Bite, utilize freeze effect. Herald of Thunder: Inspiration, Overcharge, Elemental Focus (consider damage reduction). Sniper's Mark: Speed of Action, Mobility, Ingenuity, Frenzy generation. Blood Rage: Gain Frenzy Charges on Freeze/Shock/Stun. Utilize Grace, Precision, Meditation (can replace Companion depending on mana situation). Barrage Support: Double the effect of spear use. Lightning Strike: Movement skill, use Shock Immunity, Unbreakable, Steadfast.

Only Lightning Spear can be used when hunting normal monsters (damage buffed). Utilize enhanced damage by freezing with Glacial Spear and then using Lightning Spear. Barrage Support is used for mapping, Sniper's Mark is used every cooldown. Frenzy can be generated upon critical strike.

1st Ascension: Ravenous Horde 2nd Ascension: Critical Strike 3rd Ascension: Slaughter 4th Ascension: Elemental Infusion when using Twisted, then change to Piercing (accuracy needed). Early Levels: Invest in critical strike, ignore accuracy, prioritize raw damage. Damage Penetration: Useful even in critical strike tree, increased chance to hit with lightning damage.

Considering the difficulty of acquiring items at the beginning of the season, refer to the currently equipped items. Set resistance values to maximum. Core Weapon: Twisted Tongue (Forking Critical Strike Hit, Critical Strike Chance judged twice). Luck applied to critical strike hit chance (utilize Damage Penetration passive). Rune: Rune of Lightning Blood, Hyrri's Soul (Critical Strike Damage Bonus). Necklace: Mana, Projectile Skill Level, Intelligence/Dexterity options. Allocation: Primal (Accuracy penalty reduction), Guilt, Wrath, Fear used. Belt: Unique Belt (Instant recovery of flask recovery amount). Amulet: Use Onyx Amulet.

Spear skill damage, attack speed, and mana consumption adjusted. Increased damage of Fan of Knives, increased attack speed and damage of Ball Lightning, increased attack speed of 4th Row Cavalry Spear, etc. More powerful play possible with the updated build.
