Collect Laila's Petals and exchange them for Sealed Fairy Wings from the NPC Fairy Queen Theiah. Theiah is located in the Kamasylvia Temple. If you're getting a fairy for the first time, it's recommended to complete the quest 'Fairy, Mysterious Companion' first. Laila's Petals can be obtained through hunting, gathering, and fishing.

There are a total of 4 potential tiers: Faint, Clear, Brilliant, Radiant. The number of skills that can be acquired varies depending on the potential (minimum 2 to maximum 6). It is recommended to obtain a Brilliant or Radiant fairy. Probability of obtaining a Brilliant fairy: 2% or 0.757% Probability of obtaining a Radiant fairy: 0.2% or 0.075%

Fairies can only increase their potential once in their lifetime through Bloom. It is common to make a Brilliant fairy into a Radiant fairy. Bloom is possible when the fairy's level reaches the maximum level (level 30 for Brilliant fairies). Use Honey Wine to increase the success rate of Bloom. Sweet Honey Wine: Increases the probability by 0.25% per bottle. Onette Dark Honey Wine: Increases the probability by 4% per bottle. It is recommended to attempt with a 100% probability.

You need to feed your fairy to level it up. Mainly feed blue-grade equipment or Honey Wine. It is better to save Honey Wine for Bloom. Equipment of the Akumina and Lemoria types are cost-effective.

The reason for raising fairies is for automatic potion consumption and convenience features. There are a total of 7 skills, and each skill has a maximum tier (only Radiant fairies can reach the maximum tier). Main skills: Mysterious Cheer (level 5 is ideal), Feather Steps, Miraculous Hand (4~5 tier is acceptable). Recommended skills: Fairy's Tear, Morning Star. You randomly acquire 1 skill every 10 levels, and Theiah's Orb is required to change skills (a paid element). The more skills you have, the more Theiah's Orbs are required to change skills. Changing skills without paying: Use Theiah's Orbs obtained through events or raise a new fairy.

Fairies have 5 personalities. The color and dialogue of the skill 'Morning Star' changes depending on the personality. You can change the personality with Queen's Authority. Remaining fairies can be exchanged for Honey Wine with the NPC Lalla. Fairies of Brilliant grade or higher can be exchanged for Feathers of Dream.
