The current best-in-slot gems are Helios from the Cash Shop and Star Prism.

Synthesize 3 Rough Star Prism S -> Epic Star Prism
The Epic Star Prism has stats like All Stats +36, Max HP +320, etc.

You can acquire them through Part-time Jobs (Daily Dungeons) on the minimap.

Aiming for Elite grade Star Prisms is a good idea.
