Castor's" Light Cone, Breakthrough Efficiency, Settings, and Team Comp Guide (v3.2) This is a detailed guide to the skills, Light Cones, relic settings, Eidolon efficiency, and recommended compositions of the Honkai: Star Rail Castoris character. It analyzes the Dragon summoning mechanism, stat priorities, party composition synergy, and breakthrough efficiency to present the optimal usage.
1. Castoris Skill Explanation and How to Use
00:00 - 05:10
Enemies can't succeed when using Arcane Arts (not very important). You can revive allies even if they are not in the party when they die. You must enter Caso after using Arcane Arts to summon the Dragon. The Dragon lasts for 3 turns and is forcibly removed after the turns are consumed. The ultimate skill restores the Dragon's health in proportion to the ally's health loss/recovery. The Dragon acts immediately upon summoning, and the charge stack is activated when not summoned. Combat skills consume current health, and enhanced combat skills are used when summoning the Dragon. The ultimate skill reduces all elemental resistance. Damage of Cas and Dragon increases when allies lose health (up to 60%). It is recommended to wear a health orb.
2. Detailed Dragon Explanation
05:11 - 06:30
Damage multiplier increases when using Breath, up to 6 stacks. Speed increases by 40% when Castoris' health is above 50%. Speed should be set low based on the lobby (Rookie set effect). Additional buffs are activated when the Dragon kills an enemy with Breath. Charge limit for recovering Evil Origin (12%).
3. Recommended Light Cones
06:37 - 08:10
Exclusive Light Cone: Increases health, ignores defense, increases action gauge by 12%. The action gauge increase effect is key (advantage against Jing Yuan). Five-Star (Aeon) at Superimposition 5 is 20% different from the exclusive Light Cone. The Memory Light Cone has a lack of options, and exchanging Bailu for just Crit Rate is not recommended. Aeon at Superimposition 1 or at least "R" is recommended.
4. Relic Setup
08:11 - 09:12
4-piece set of Musketeer + 2-piece set of Space Sealing Station fixed. Crit Rate: 58% for Inert Salsotto, 60% for Celestial Differentiator, 68% limit for Firmament Frontline: Glamoth. Speed: Less than 95 except for Celestial Differentiator, 97 or more based on 134 including Celestial Differentiator. Main options: Crit DMG for the body, HP% for the rest. HP can be worn if there are 3 or more HP substats.
5. Eidolon Efficiency
09:13 - 10:35
E1: 120~140% damage increase from existing damage. E2: Additional stick, stick consumed when using Breath, Castoris' action gauge increased by 100% (charge when using ultimate after enhanced skill). E4: Increased healing (lowers Gallagher setup hurdle). E6: 20% resistance penetration, ignores weak point attributes, increases additional bounce count.
6. Recommended Compositions
10:36 - 14:20
New users: Use Ruan Mei (exchange) or Pela. Can be replaced when Trify is rerun, Gallagher E1 or higher is recommended. Existing users: Seele + Tingyun or Celestial Differentiator (setting changes required), 73% Inert Salsotto preferred. Trify E1 > Jing Yuan, Ruan Mei or Pela when farming. Gallagher > Luocha (easy to grant Max HP). Jing Yuan (Buff ATK DMG), Asta (give to other parties like Celestial Differentiator). Bailu (alternative healer, not recommended).
7. Buff Precautions
14:21 - 15:11
Buffs must be applied after summoning the Dragon (some buffs). Disciple Set, Celestial Differentiator skill/ultimate, Bronya, etc.
8. Summary of Character Settings to Use Together
15:13 - 16:27
