A guide for users who don't have Bailu in time for the 2.2 version's second-half banner. Quick and easy explanation of why you should pull Bailu, how to level her, recommended parties, etc.

The key is the Resonance Liberation buff (continuous healing, increased Crit Rate/Damage) Resonance Liberation is divided into 3 stages: Surface, Deep, and Unlocked. When Bailu uses a Variation Skill in the Unlocked state, an enhanced Variation is triggered (HP-based damage).

Resonance Circuit and skills are means of charging Liberation and Concerto gauges. Use normal attacks to gather Resonance Circuit gauge and use enhanced heavy attacks. Resonance Skill focuses on healing, supplying Liberation gauge.

Generally, Variation Skill > Resonance Liberation > Resonance Skill > Resonance Circuit > Normal Attack order. Variation Skill is for damage dealing, the rest increase healing amount. Only Variation Skill can be level 10, the rest can be level 1 (recommended minimum 6/6/10). Prioritize leveling Variation Skill.

The signature weapon 'Unveiled Symphony' is the best. 'Fantasy Variation' is recommended as an alternative weapon. If you don't have either, you can use the 3-star weapon 'Amplifier of Inquiry: Exploration'. The weapon's Resonance Efficiency increase option is important.

Secure over 250% Resonance Efficiency after applying buffs (actually only 230% is needed, considering self-buffs and Echo effects). Crit Rate/Damage increases depending on Resonance Efficiency (up to 12.5%/25%). The set is the Glow Set + 'Nowhere to Return'. 4-Cost: HP, Healing Effect Increase 3-Cost: HP, Resonance Efficiency 1-Cost: HP Substats: Crit Damage, HP, Resonance Efficiency, Liberation Damage Bonus Since enhanced Variations always crit, Crit Rate substats are not essential.

1st Breakthrough, 2nd Breakthrough recommended. 1st Breakthrough: Resonance Liberation area range increased by 150%, duration increased by 10 seconds (prevents boss evasion, maintains buffs). 2nd Breakthrough: Attack Power increased by 40%.

Bailu fits well in any party due to the lack of supports. Various combinations are possible, such as Calcharo, Mortefi, Bailu. Putting Bailu in the support slot will fulfill her role.

It's beneficial to pull her as a must-have. If you don't have Bailu, you have to use Verina or Salsola (Salsola has handling issues). Bailu's buffs are very powerful (Crit Rate/Damage increase, 2 additional Echo effects).
