(Slightly NSFW) Anime you should never search for
Genocyber - Devil Beast of Illusion is often cited as the most brutal animation ever made. It's a step above works like Elfen Lied, which is often recommended as a healing anime (?) in the community.
Made in 1994, the animation quality is top-notch, as expected from the OVA era. However, this was a time when all sorts of genres and levels of content were being created within the OVA category, so it's really unforgiving ㅋㅋㅋ;;
Even in the US, where they're usually tolerant of violence, it received the highest rating, and even searching on Google or YouTube will make you flinch, so if you're not resistant to gore, just be aware of it.
