Digital payment solutions company Degica announced on the 23rd that it will officially launch Steam Gift Cards, which can be used on the global game platform Steam, for the first time in Korea.
The Steam Gift Cards being released this time will be sold at major offline stores nationwide, including CU, GS25, 7-Eleven, E-Mart24, and E-Mart. A total of two types of gift cards are offered: a 50,000 won card and a variable card that allows users to select an amount between 20,000 won and 100,000 won. This will allow domestic users to purchase a wider variety of games and content on Steam more conveniently.
Steam Gift Cards can be used on the Steam client or on the wallet code registration page of the website. Simply enter the code on the back of the purchased card to complete the recharge. Registration is also possible on the Steam Deck, a portable gaming device dedicated to Steam.
