Valorant has clear role distinctions, making it important to play according to each role. Maximize character skill usage based on basic FPS framework and map understanding. Mainly possesses movement and aggressive skills, classified as 1st and 2nd line entry fraggers. The main role is to enter the site and lead the way for allies. Characters that utilize movement skills such as Jett and Neon secure ally safety by checking dangerous areas. Performs entry fragger role during attack/defense retakes. Frequent 1v1 engagements help improve aim and create variables. Momentary judgment and confidence are important.

Utilizes smoke skills to block and disrupt the opponent's vision. Flexible use according to the map, such as straight smokes and circular smokes, is necessary. It is important to smoke in the correct location; if done incorrectly, it can benefit the enemy. Utilize entry denial skills (Omen, Brimstone, Viper, etc.). Use skills in sync with teammates and perform IGL role through briefing.

Possesses skills specialized in defending specific areas, playing the role of building a 'home'. Prevents opponent flanking and site entry through wall skills. Restricts opponent movement with hindering skills. Defend flanks when attacking, lock down areas when defending. Playing to hold within the site is important, utilizing high stopping power. Observe the map widely, read the game flow, and perform sub-order role.

Determine ultimate usage priority based on composition. Quickly push narrow areas: Raze, Breach ultimates. Slowly capture wide areas: Killjoy, Astra ultimates. Utilize ultimates to unfold the game at the desired tempo.
