[Client Update Method]

After the version update maintenance officially begins, update the client according to the following methods.

✦PC: Exit the game and reboot the launcher - Click [Update]

✦Android: Log in to the game and follow the update instructions in the pop-up window

✦iOS: Go to the App Store and download/update

✦Mac: Go to the App Store and download/update

✦PS5™: PS5 main screen - Select 『Wuthering Waves』 - Press OPTIONS - Select Check for Update​

『Wuthering Waves』 will support pre-downloading on mobile devices from version 2.3, and will open at the same time as the PC launcher pre-download!

[How to Update Pre-Download]

✦PC Launcher: After the pre-download opens, click [New Version Pre-Download] below the [Start Game] button on the PC launcher screen to download the new version of the game resources.

※ PC launcher pre-download resource size: 6GB. It is recommended to secure about 12GB of storage space for smooth decompression and other processes.

✦Mobile Version: After the pre-download opens, log in to the mobile device and press the [Pre-Download] button on the [Login Screen] or in-game [Terminal] screen to check the contents of the pop-up window and download the new version of the game resources.

※ Mobile version pre-download resource size: 6GB. It is recommended to secure about 20GB of storage space for decompression. This storage space is used temporarily and will be cleared after the maintenance is completed.

※ You can continue to enjoy the game during the pre-download process on the PC launcher and mobile devices, and you can pause the pre-download at any time. In addition, regardless of whether the pre-download is completed, you can speed up the update speed during version maintenance to some extent.
