Unlocked one at a time every 5 levels
Requires Mastery Cleaners and Memory Fragments (for the corresponding level)
Cleaners are obtained by challenging scenarios, re-granting 4 random options (existing options can be maintained)

Obtained by farming Monoliths/Silos
