The conditions for new players to receive a loaner deck are as follows:

-Log in to Hearthstone and complete the tutorial and starter quest line

-Graduate from the New Player Ranks (Apprentice Rank 1-40) and reach Bronze 10 rank.

-After completing the conditions, return to the main menu or reconnect.

You can skip the Apprentice Rank in the settings.
