He has excellent synergy with Furina.
He even elevates Ayaka to the level of Natlan's Chef.
2. Skill Explanation
His normal attack is a standard attack, featuring a unique tail-using motion.
Short-tapping the skill summons a glass device that continuously deals Cryo damage.
The glass device follows the on-field character.
Holding the skill switches to cooking mode.
3. Ultimate Skill Explanation
He provides party-wide healing with dazzling swordsmanship.
It's a Cryo attack with high scaling, benefiting from resistance reduction and buffs from Shenhe and Furina.
It's recommended to level up not only the skill but also the ultimate skill sufficiently.
4. Talent Explanation
Provides continuous healing to the on-field character after using the ultimate skill.
Reduces the enemy's Hydro/Cryo resistance after skill/ultimate hits, based on the number of Hydro or Cryo characters in the party.
It's best to build a Freeze team consisting only of Hydro and Cryo characters.
The operation and mechanics are very simple.
5. Ascension and Talent Materials
Ascension Materials: Shivada Jade Sliver, Meshing Gear, Artificed Spare Clockwork Component - Coppelia, Calla Lily, Romaritime Flower, Automaton Core, Meshing Gear
The talent priority is skill and then ultimate skill.

6. Weapon Recommendations
His signature weapon enables both dealing damage and supporting.
Weapons like Staff of Homa, Skyward Spine, Engulfing Lightning, and Staff of the Scarlet Sands are also good choices.
For four-star weapons, Deathmatch is good.
Weapons with Energy Recharge options are good in parties with high Energy Recharge requirements.
Dodoco Tales or Flowing Purity are also decent.
7. Artifact Recommendations
Golden Troupe is almost the only choice.
Cryo artifacts are also good, but conditionally high-end.
Golden Troupe is better for Escoffie, who is a skill dealer.
8. Artifact Options
Energy Recharge/ATK Sands, ATK Goblet, Crit Rate/DMG Circlet are common.
Energy Recharge Sands are recommended, with 130 for 3 Cryo parties and 170 for 2 Cryo parties being the consensus.
After C2, ATK Goblet is fixed.
180% HP is the recommended stat, with 85% being the upper limit for HP.
It's good to raise Crit DMG to 200 or higher.
9. Constellation Effects
C1: If the party is all Hydro/Cryo, increases the party's Cryo Crit DMG by 60% for 15 seconds after using skill/ultimate.
C2: Gains 5 stacks of Chilled Dish upon skill activation, consuming stacks to increase damage when the on-field character deals Cryo damage.
C4: Increases continuous healing duration by 6 seconds, with a chance equal to Escoffie's HP to double the healing amount and restore Elemental Energy.
C6: When the on-field character's normal/charged/plunging attack hits, an additional attack occurs that is considered skill damage.
10. Recommended Parties
Ayaka Party: Escoffie receives Shenhe's Ice Quills to deal sub-DPS.
Wriothesley Party: Utilize Yelan; if Shenhe is not C6, it's better to include Yelan.
Ayato Party: Can receive Hydro/Cryo resonance simultaneously, and resistance reduction is 75% when Sirtfood and Escoffie are together.
