Theory and practice for having Alexander's calm aim (by pendragon)
This video introduces the theory and practice methods for having a calm aim in 'Valorant'. Pendragon presents force control, Bardoze method, and tracking practice methods for calm aim, as well as simple movement and fear elimination training methods for calm movement. In addition, by sharing Alexander's aim routine, we help viewers achieve their goals.
1. Theory for Calm Aim: Force Control
Calm aim is largely divided into three categories: force control, Bardoze method, and tracking.
If you grip the mouse too tightly, you can move quickly, but your aim becomes unstable. If you grip it weakly, you can move smoothly, but it can be slow.
Proper force control is important.

2. Theory for Calm Aim: Bardoze Method
The Bardoze method involves dividing the flick into two stages.
First, a flick for close range is needed, followed by fine adjustments for accurate aiming.
Be careful not to over-flick, and refer to TenZ's aim practice.

3. Theory for Calm Aim: Tracking
Tracking provides stable aim, but it tends to be underestimated.
Pendragon has found many problems in the tracking part when coaching users below Immortal.
As a tracking practice method, we recommend the 'switch track ultimate' mode of the aim trainer, and it is important to practice target switching in a low tension state.

4. Theory for Calm Movement: Simplicity
Simple movement is an explanation of the movements used during engagements.
Your movement should not be too long or complicated, and it is not good to only use 'left-right-tap-tap' movement.
Pendragon recommends practicing simple movements by setting up bots and practicing shooting in 1-2-3 shot bursts.
It is important to minimize mouse movement by using movement along with the mouse for fine adjustments.

5. Theory for Calm Movement: Eliminating Fear
If your aim is good in the practice range but shaky in real combat, you need to practice eliminating fear.
You can overcome fear by practicing accurate aiming and peeking without dying in one tap.
You should practice peeking by repeating A, D movement from the wall, and practice pre-aiming when turning corners.
