Locus Chain, a leader in next-generation public blockchain technology, announced that it presented its vision for the convergence of AI and blockchain on stage as an invited speaker at the Global Project Management Forum (GPMF) held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In addition, the Web3 game platform Creta, as Locus Chain's main partner, also highlighted the future of the game and content industry, further emphasizing the strategic collaboration between the two companies.

GPMF is the world's largest international annual forum on project management, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Launched as a non-profit initiative in 2019, GPMF brings together industry leaders, project managers, and stakeholders from around the world to share the latest best practices and explore new trends in project management. In particular, it supports both experienced and new professionals to strengthen their capabilities and develop expertise through keynote speeches, interactive workshops, and networking programs, providing opportunities to expand strategic networks in various industries around the world.
Moon Young-bae, Vice President of Locus Chain, who participated in this event, gave a presentation on the theme of 'Unlocking AI’s Potential with Blockchain'. He pointed out that artificial intelligence has the potential to dramatically increase efficiency and profitability across industries, but also carries risks such as sensitive data leakage and deepfakes. To reduce these risks, transparency and regulatory compliance are essential in all processes from AI training to generation and result identification, and he emphasized the need for a dedicated organization to institutionally support this, gaining great sympathy from the audience.
In addition, the technical excellence of Locus Chain was introduced in detail. He explained that the DAG+BFT structure based on 'Dynamic Sharding' and 'Verifiable Pruning' developed by the company can achieve both ultra-high-speed transaction processing and cost efficiency. In particular, he emphasized that only hash values are stored on the chain and sensitive data is stored off-chain, thereby satisfying both personal information protection and regulatory compliance. After the event, Moon Young-bae received a plaque of appreciation from Badr Mohammed Burshaid, Chairman of GPMF and President of the PMI (Global Project Management Association) Saudi Chapter, in recognition of his contribution to enhancing project management expertise in Saudi Arabia.

Thomas Vu, CIO of Creta, gave a keynote speech following Locus Chain on the theme of '10 Bold Predictions for the Future of Gaming and Media'. Based on his experience as the Executive PD of 'League of Legends' and the production of the animation 'Arcane', he explained how the development of AI, immersive technology, and creative tools is fundamentally changing not only the way games are made, but also the concept of creation itself. In particular, he presented a vision of the future in which the democratization of AI technology will enable small development teams to realize large-scale game projects, and a new game ecosystem will unfold where AI functions as a strategist or co-creator.
Locus Chain and Creta used this event as an opportunity to present their respective blockchain infrastructure technology and future blueprints for the AI, game, and content industries, and to promote their independent yet complementary technology leadership on the international stage. In addition, through business meetings with Saudi state-owned enterprises and government officials after the event, they discussed various ways to collaborate to achieve Saudi Vision 2030.
In particular, Locus Chain presented blockchain-based AI reliability assurance and compliance measures, suggesting the possibility of practical innovation across the industry. Locus Chain, which is currently operating a public testnet, is introducing an AI avatar system to Creta and jointly promoting AI convergence projects with AI specialist IOGROUND, led by Kwon Hyuk-il, co-founder of Naver, and is also conducting demonstration work on a future AI ecosystem using blockchain.
At the Locus Chain booth set up at the event, a demo combining Creta's platform and Locus Chain's technology demonstration with IOGROUND's AI system 'Quavatar' and Creta's real-time emotional AI avatar technology was held, attracting high interest from Saudi Arabian government and major corporate officials.
Locus Chain and Creta will continue their international activities as global leaders in the field of AI and blockchain convergence. The two companies will co-host the 'MAJLIS Al-RU’YA' event at the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai on the 25th to share a joint vision for digital transformation with political and business leaders in the Middle East.
