1. Syndra Rune, Item Build, and Skill Combo
Runes:
- Choose First Strike, Arcane Comet, Electrocute, or Phase Rush depending on the opponent
- First Strike: Boots, Health Potion, Stopwatch
- Arcane Comet: Manaflow Band, Gathering Storm
- Electrocute: Taste of Blood, Eyeball Collection, Ingenious Hunter, Manaflow Band/Gathering Storm
- Phase Rush: Manaflow Band
Skill Maxing: Q > W > E
Item Build:
- If the enemy has many tanks: Liandry's Torment > Cosmic Drive > Rabadon's Deathcap > Void Staff
- If the enemy has many squishies: Luden's Tempest > Horizon Focus
- Luden's or Liandry's are core
Skill Combo:
- Against melee champions: E > Q then move, rather than Q > E
- In teamfights: Q > R > E (stuns enemies behind)
- Level 3 combo: W slow then Q

2. Syndra vs. Yasuo Gameplay
Laning Phase:
- Farm CS and poke while pulling the lane against Yasuo

- Vision control is important
- Be careful of ganks
Strategy:
- If there is no jungle support, endure and induce enemy mistakes
- Aim for a comeback through late-game value
- Be wary of champions with variables such as Alistar
