Mitigation of specific hero concentration and increased potential for utilizing various heroes. Overwatch is currently normalized, with Winston being the only S-tier tank.

Winston survived the ban system's impact and maintained S-tier, with a rising floor in North American/European servers. Mauga is likely S-tier, recording high win rates with Zarya, requiring re-evaluation after the introduction of the perk system. Orisa is used as a tank counter, especially effective against Mauga and Winston, with perk operation psychology being important. Tanks are the biggest beneficiaries and victims of the ban system, with low indicator dispersion being positive.

Cassidy has risen to S-tier, analyzed as a beneficiary of the ban system in addition to his role as a Pharah counter, with skill value increasing. Sojourn and Tracer are consistently good heroes, with almost no impact from the ban system. The DPS role is less affected by the ban system, with similar tier lists across all servers. Kiriko is S-tier for the third consecutive season, with advantages in side play through Kunai and Swift Step. Zenyatta is highly rated only in Asian servers, with Lucio having high value in North America. Illari is strong against Winston.
