DK takes down DNF for 9 wins... DNF finishes with 1 win and 17 losses.

Dplus KIA defeated DN Freaks 2:1 in the 2nd round of the 2025 LCK regular season held at LoL Park in Jongno, Seoul on the 30th, and can continue their Legend Group competition with a 9-8 record.

DK aimed for 'Dudu's' Amumu with a dive first. They cleanly caught Amumu, but 'Berserker's' Lucian quickly joined and caught 'Lucid's' Sejuani. DK opened a fight at the Rift Herald timing after confirming that 'ShowMaker's' Yone joined first in the mid lane, and caught 'PyoSik's' Poppy.

DNF also took down 'Siwoo's' Gwen in the top lane through their own design. While the situation continued to be tight, DNF aimed for the back against DK, who was hitting Atakan first, stealing Atakan and getting kills, starting to lead in gold, albeit by a small amount.

DNF utilized Azir's strong timing to destroy the bottom Tier 1 tower and won the extended battle, continuing to score. DK took the game in one fell swoop. After killing Baron with a quick Baron hunting decision, a team fight opened as they retreated to the top lane. DNF continued the fight by launching Sejuani with Poppy's ultimate, but DK won the team fight with better combat.

DK also suppressed DNF with pinpoint focus fire in the mid team fight, destroying the mid inhibitor. Still, DNF delayed the opponent's recall, creating an opportunity for themselves to hunt Baron and killing Baron. However, as the game went into the late game, DK overwhelmed DNF in terms of combat concentration, and DK eventually won the first set.

In the following second set, in the early game where they were focusing on laning and growing, DK's 'ShowMaker's' Ahri hit 'Bulldog's' Taliyah with Charm in the mid lane in the 9th minute. DNF grew by getting kills with 'Berserker's' Kai'Sa with the sacrifice of 'PyoSik's' Trundle in the Dragon team fight and in the bottom lane.

After that, a melee broke out over the Dragon, and it seemed like DNF pushed with only Sion joining, but DK attempted to re-engage, catching Trundle and killing the Dragon, resulting in a kill trade. However, DNF won the next mid battle, gaining a great advantage.

In a situation where DNF dominated the Rift and was playing favorably, Nautilus was cut off in the bottom lane, and DK stacked 3 Dragons. However, the remaining 4 DNF members won the team fight and broke the mid inhibitor. And DNF, who cut 'BeryL's' Leona through the initiative, killed Baron and then broke through DK's defense with force, making it 1:1.

In the last third set, DK recorded the first kill by catching 'Dudu's' Ksante with 'ShowMaker's' Ryze and 'Siwoo's' Jayce together in the bottom lane. And Jayce caught Alistar with good movement in the top lane in a dive crisis, and DK also gained an advantage in the bottom lane.

And 'Siwoo's' Jayce caught 'Berserker's' Zeri in front of the bottom Tier 2 tower, putting a brake on Zeri's growth. With DK stacking 2 Dragons first, it was a very frustrating picture for DNF in just 16 minutes.

DNF didn't have the power to narrow the huge gap. DK also won the Dragon Soul timing team fight, taking the Dragon Soul, and also got Baron. In the end, DK suppressed the opponent with an overwhelming difference in power, destroying the DNF Nexus in 28 minutes and continuing their hopes for Legend Group advancement.
