Faust's skill set has been revealed, featuring two skill pages. The main keywords are Celestial Sphere, Mortal Sin, Arcane Defense, and Rupture Mark. Mortal Sin operates similarly to existing Mortal Sin mechanics, inflicting Bind upon activation along with stat reduction. Bind can accumulate to a certain level, after which the Mortal Sin stat decreases. When the Mortal Sin stat reaches 0, it inflicts Gluttony damage equal to the Rupture potency. It's a similar mechanic to the Mortal Sin Swiftness that Myo had and the Mortal Sin that Sa had. Mortal Sin is helpful for speed-focused Myos through the Bind debuff. It can only be applied with the 'Insight of Luck' skill and leaves a Rupture Mark upon expiration.

Rupture Mark increases damage taken from Gluttony-type skills and also increases Mortal Sin damage for one turn. Considering that Black Flame units have Gluttony-type skills in their skill sets, this results in a damage increase effect. The Black Flame and Myo passives increase damage based on speed difference and grant Celestial Sphere stacks when an ally's Mortal Sin effect is triggered. She gains additional Celestial Sphere stacks when she triggers it herself and also when using Arcane Defense. Celestial Sphere grants a Swiftness buff upon reaching a certain level and is used to activate her 3rd skill, 'Insight of Luck'. If Celestial Sphere is above a certain level, her 3rd skill and Arcane Defense exclusive skill are enhanced. Celestial Sphere serves a similar role to Faust's personal Blood Mist.

If the fastest ally inflicts Rupture damage, she gains an Attack Level increase on the next turn. Arcane Defense consumes stacks when an ally is attacked to activate an exclusive skill. If multiple characters possess Arcane Defense, the character with the highest stack value activates it. It does not activate for characters using defensive skills. Faust can meet the Arcane Defense conditions through her 3rd skill or Clash as a counter. She gains Arcane Defense stacks at the start of battle, and in the case of the counter, 'Venerable Myo', there is also a HP-based Attack Level increase effect. The enhanced skill, Black Flame Myo 5th, 'Sea of Luck', has damage and coin power increase effects based on speed difference. Depending on the Rupture stat, it gains coin power increase, and if speed is 1 or higher, it gains Haste and a powerful Myo effect.

Clash victory increases Rupture Weight, and coin hits increase Rupture and Rupture Weight, with Mortal Sin and Swiftness application effects. If speed is above a certain level, there is a damage increase and coin reuse effect. Reuse also applies Mortal Sin and Swiftness upon hit. She gains a powerful Myo through her 3rd skill and Clash as a counter, and can gain Swiftness based on Celestial Sphere. She can disrupt opponents through enhanced skills based on speed difference and speed buffs. Arcane Defense and counter skills are gained at the start of battle, making it easy to trigger Guard during Clash. Despite having only one slot per turn, she can act twice through her 3rd skill, Clash environment, and Arcane Defense. If Celestial Sphere consumption is not too high, enhanced skills can be activated twice in one turn. Team synergy is possible by protecting allies with burst damage and blocking with enhanced skills. Her basic skill set is not significantly different from Black Flame Myo, but she can assist ally damage through Rupture Mark. Arcane Defense, unfolded through enhancement, counter, and 3rd skill, shows Faust acting twice in one turn. The more Black Flame units there are, the better Celestial Sphere stacks, and Faust can be more active based on speed difference. Faust can feel like an all-purpose cheat code with Swiftness, capable of clashing with any attack. Expectations are high for Faust to lead allies in the Black Flame party.
