Clash Royale July Balance Patch Analysis: Rascal Boy Rework, Major Card Nerfs and Buffs This Clash Royale July balance patch nerfs Ice Spirit, The Log, Evolved Goblin Barrel, and Evolved Witch, while buffing Giant Skeleton, Ice Golem, and Mini P.E.K.K.A. Especially, Rascals and Bandit, Monk are reworked. Overall, cards with low pick rates have been buffed and balanced, and the changes to Rascal Boy are noticeable.
1. Ice Spirit and The Log Nerf
